- PINELLAS COUNTY Government: Senior Assistant County Attorney. The Pinellas County Attorney’s Office seeks an experienced trial attorney to litigate, try and appeal civil actions before the Circuit and Federal Courts. This position involves handling litigation involving the County and Constitutional Officers in one or more of the following areas: torts (personal injuries/wrongful death); employment matters; construction; real estate-related matters; or civil rights. The successful candidate will be expected to work with other trial attorneys in a team approach, and provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced trial attorneys. Minimum qualifications include admission to the Florida Bar and five (5) years prior professional experience as an attorney.
