Susan L. Trevarthen

SUSAN L. TREVARTHEN is of counsel to Weiss, Serota, Helfman, Pastoriza, Guedes, Cole & Boniske, where she practices in the areas of land use, local government, and environmental law. Ms. Trevarthen's practice encompasses litigation, appeals, administrative and public hearings, and general municipal representation, including extensive constitutional law in her field. Ms. Trevarthen is Board Certified in City, County and Local Government Law by The Florida Bar. Ms. Trevarthen speaks frequently throughout North America on planning, zoning and land use issues and has published widely on those subjects. Mrs. Trevarthen received her B.S. degree from Duke University, cum laude, 1986; University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, M.R.P., and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
