Scott J. Johnson

SCOTT J. JOHNSON is a partner in the international law firm of Holland & Knight LLP, and practices from its office in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Johnson heads the firm's eminent domain practice. He has represented both property owners and condemning authorities involving a wide range of properties, including multi-use projects, businesses, residences, special use properties, utilities and unimproved parcels. His cases have been resolved through pre-suit settlement, mediation, and jury trial, including on appeal. Mr. Johnson is also certified as a Florida Circuit Court Mediator, and mediates in cases of eminent domain/condemnation and commercial litigation.
