Robert Fiallo

ROBERT FIALLO, is Police Legal Advisor for Miami-Dade Police Department, Police Legal Bureau, Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section, specializing in asset forfeiture under §932. 701, Florida Statutes, at trial and appellate level. He provides legal advice and training to law enforcement officers at all departmental levels. He also assists, advises and coordinates criminal investigations as they relate to asset forfeiture. Mr. Fiallo has thirty years experience as a police officer with Miami-Dade Police Department with criminal investigative experience in organized crime, homicide, economic crime and criminal intelligence. Mr. Fiallo is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (Juris Doctor), undergraduate from Barry University (BLS, theology and philosophy and BS in legal studies).
