HEATHER B. BROCK, is a shareholder in the Employment and Workers’ Compensation Practice. Ms. Brock represents management before courts and administrative services agencies in all types of employment matters involving discrimination law, disability law, employment contracts, employee benefits (ERISA), union/management, minimum and overtime wages, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims, equal opportunity employment, and affirmative action. She also counsels management in preventive measures, liability avoidance, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Ms. Brock is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
