Charles L. Hauck

Charles L. Hauck, is a Senior Assistant City Attorney with the City of Gainesville City Attorney's Office. Since 1976, he has practiced as in-house counsel for local governments and their agencies, specializing in labor and employment law as well as serving as general counsel to the Gainesville airport authority and community redevelopment agency. Mr. Hauck has served on the Executive Council of the Labor and Employment section of the Florida Bar, and has lectured on labor and employment law, with an emphasis on public sector practices, on behalf of the Local Government and Labor Law sections of the Florida Bar and the American Public Power Association.
