Anthony Recio

ANTHONY RECIO is an associate with the firm of Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske specializing primarily in the representation of private developers in land use and zoning matters.  Mr. Recio is also involved in real estate and municipal representation.  He has represented market-rate and affordable housing developers in various South Florida jurisdictions at the municipal, county, and state level.  His representation encompasses all aspects of the development entitlement process, spanning from pre-acquisition site evaluation to appellate challenges of governmental decisions regarding entitlements.  In addition, Mr. Recio served as counsel to the City of Doral throughout the incorporation process and was instrumental in drafting the City’s Charter.  Mr. Recio is also an active member of the Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association.
